Zochem, is pleased to announce the promotion of Tiffany Cole to the position of Customer Service Supervisor. With over 18 years of customer service experience, including 7 years in the zinc oxide/manufacturing field, Tiffany has consistently received high marks from customers for her ability to understand their needs and deliver results.
Tiffany’s dedication and unique skillset have not gone unnoticed by Zochem’s Global Director of Sales and Marketing, Seth Johnson. He states, “In recognition of Tiffany’s outstanding work in keeping our customers happy and the leadership qualities she has demonstrated, I am delighted to see her elevated to this position.” In her new position, Tiffany will have supervisor responsibilities over Zochem’s facilities in Tennessee and Ontario.
Before joining Zochem in 2016, Tiffany spent 11 years working for the local government in Illinois, where she developed a people-focused approach to customer service. She also has a background in criminal justice and nursing, having studied at Morton College.
In addition to her professional achievements, Tiffany is known for her passion for creating memories with her children, reading non-fiction books, and taking on challenging home DIY projects.
