Customer Service Supervisor
Tiffany is originally from the Chicagoland area. Prior to joining the ZnO industry she spent 11 years working for the local government in Illinois, where she developed a people-focused approach to customer service. Beginning her role at Zochem as a customer service representative in 2016, she advanced to a lead position in 2023 and shortly after promoted to the Customer Service Supervisor for both Zochem’s Dickson and Brampton plants.
She has two children, a 21-year-old son and a 13 year old daughter. If she isn’t spending quality time with her children, you’ll be sure to find her reading/researching or pulling tools out of the shed for her next challenging DIY home project.
