Phil Schulte has recently joined Zochem as a Quality Control Manager in Dickson, Tennessee, bringing over 16 years of expertise in immunochemistry and cell biology. Previously, he served as a consultant at Zarnsaxa, LLC, where he honed his skills in a cGMP quality environment. Phil is adept at developing and validating methods, implementing new technologies, and training analysts. His experience with automation, including Tecan robots, and various information systems like LIMS and CIMS, complements his role at Zochem. Phil holds a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from California State University, Northridge, and has a strong background in continuous improvement and process validation.
