Ken Williams

Chief Financial Officer & VP of Administration

Ken is a Tennessee native who joined the Zochem team in early 2021 as the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Administration.  He is an accomplished financial executive with a proven track record of developing and executing strategies to improve financial performance and optimize key operational priorities. His expertise includes financial reporting and forecasting, implementing internal processes and controls, and aligning financial initiatives with organizational objectives.

His passion for building and leading high performing teams that succeed through a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and engagement has been a constant driving force throughout his career.  He is experienced in leading complex initiatives, including acquisitions, divestments, relocation of domestic shared services, business process outsourcing, analytics platform development and financial system implementations.

Ken is an avid traveler who enjoys scuba diving and camping with his wife and two children.

  • Ken received his BS in Accounting from Tennessee Technological University and his MBA from the Jack C. Massey Graduate School of Business at Belmont University.
