Lorie Adams is born and raised in Nashville, Tennessee and started with Zochem summer of 2026. Lorie has led partnerships with second-chance employment programs, American Job Centers, and regional TCATs to expand access to manufacturing careers and strengthen local workforce pipelines. Her work is driven by a commitment to helping individuals grow personally and professionally through meaningful employment opportunities.
Lorie has been married for 18 years to her husband, who works in the heavy equipment industry, and they have a 17-year-old daughter. In her free time, with her family, she helps operate a small livestock rescue they own in Lyles, TN. She also enjoys traveling, concerts, and Disney!
